Your order will be shipped in up to 4 working days (or in up to 9 if the relevant marking is present) from the day after its registration, depending on the storage area in which the products you have chosen are immediately available or on order. Immediately after shipping, you will receive an email and sms or viber message with the final confirmation of your order, as well as the relevant General Post Tracking Number. For reasons of force majeure, in individual cases there may be a delay of a few days in the shipment, beyond the stated period of time.
From the day of dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:
within Attica within 1-2 working days from the moment your order is registered in our online store,
in the capitals of prefectures within 2-3 working days from the moment your order is registered in our online store,
to other areas within 2-3 working days from the moment your order is registered in our online store, with the exception of remote areas where delivery can take 4 working days.
The customer does not have the right to open his parcel if he has not paid the total cash on delivery amount.
Parcels remain at the offices of the General Post, from the recorded day of arrival, for 13 calendar days if it is a cash on delivery order and for 16 calendar days if it is a paid order. At the end of the above time periods, the parcels are returned to us and the order is considered as a refusal of receipt, with the relative burden of transport costs as described in paragraph 5) CANCELLATION OF ORDER - REFUND - REFUSAL OF RECEIPT.
Extensions of stay of parcels, beyond the predetermined dates, are not carried out.
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicative and not limiting, our company is not responsible for causes of delivery delay due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or any other kind of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company warehouses by our suppliers, etc.

Although our company takes every possible measure to respond to your need for information regarding the possible unavailability of a product, there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers even after your order has been confirmed.
In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you on the information you have provided in order to inform you of any possible completeness and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order free of charge for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money you may have paid within a reasonable period of time.
