PRODUCT CHANGES FOR GREECE
You have the right to return the product you received within 15 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one written by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline.
For product returns you are charged the amount of 3 euros.
The return process is simple and is always done by mail to streetplug.info@gmail.com. In short, the exchange procedure is as follows: You send us the product to be exchanged by General Post without any transport costs. As soon as we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product is borne by you and is 3 euros if it is sent to you by General Post.
It is noted that returned products MUST be sent to STREETPLUG with Genikh Taxydromikh with the business cooperation number 590909.
In the event that a customer returns a product to a different address than the one above, an additional charge of €3 will be incurred, which refers to the transport charges that will be incurred for re-forwarding the parcel to the correct destination.
It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product with the extra charge indicated above. In the event that the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you are returning, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the resulting difference. Refunds are not made for the above case.
A necessary condition for the change to be successfully completed is to send the product to us no later than the next working day of its registration.
Late shipments will not be accepted, resulting in the cancellation of the change and the return of the product with a shipping charge to the customer (€6).

You have the right to return the product you received within 15 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one written by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline.
For returns from Cyprus, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns are made only through General Post and the costs that will arise for the customer in case of change are 9.99€. The transport costs in the case of the change, as well as any difference arising between the products returned and the new ones sent, are paid upon delivery of the final parcel exclusively and only by cash on delivery.
The return process is simple and is always done by phone correspondence to streetplug.info@gmail.com. In short, the exchange procedure is as follows: You send us the product to be exchanged by General Post without any transport costs. As soon as we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we send you the new product.

Conditions
In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
They must not be damaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
Be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, i.e. box or gelatin)
To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for a replacement. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
For all products marked "Delivery from 2-9 working days", there is no other option of refund.
Return of Defective Products
In cases where products of poor and defective quality were sold due to proven fault of STREETPLUG or due to an error in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then STREETPLUG fully assumes the responsibility of the replacement, the return cost (therefore it will deposit the corresponding amount of costs in a bank account indicated to it), as well as the reshipment costs.
In order to determine if the product is defective, you should send us by email to streetplug.info@gmail.com photos of the product so that it can be checked by the relevant department of the company. If you send the product to us without complying with the above procedure, you will bear all the costs of transporting the product and any that arise, as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it.
The return conditions remain the same as those mentioned above.
In the event that the product is not considered defective, it is returned to the customer with the burden of transport costs which are €6 for Greece & 9.99€for Cyprus.
REFUSAL OF RECEIPT
If you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it (through no fault of our company), you are charged with the return shipping costs which are 6 euros. In this case and if you wish to re-register an order in our store, you will have to pay by bank deposit the entire amount of the new order including the €6 that will have resulted from the above debt.
ORDER CANCELLATION - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND) FOR GREECE
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
a) Before sending the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to streetplug.info@gmail.com. In the event that the cancellation is made after the order has been sent, you will be charged with the transport cost of the return, which is 6 euros.
b) After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the product return, the conditions mentioned above regarding damage to the returned products, etc., must be met.
Refunds are always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus 6 euros for shipping costs. The deposit of your money will be made within 14 working days from the moment we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products as described above.
The refund to a bank other than BACB and Revolut is subject to an additional charge of 1.5€ related to bank transfer commission costs, borne by our company. In banks other than BACB, the customer may incur extra charges from his own bank to him, which correspond to the respective price list of each bank, for which we bear no responsibility.
It is recalled that a refund is made only in the case of using the right of withdrawal. In case of exchange with another product of lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the resulting difference, minus 4 euros related to the transport costs of the exchange.
In any case, if you choose any other way to return the product other than General Post, you will be charged with the cost of the return that will have been charged by our company.
The process of offsetting (full or partial) credit card charges is done exactly as the card was charged. If the charge has been made once, the refund will be made once, while if the charge has been made in installments then the refund will also be made in installments.
ORDER CANCELLATION - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND) FOR CYPRUS
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

b) After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the product return, the conditions mentioned above regarding damage to the returned products, etc., must be met.
In case of a refund, the customer is charged with the transport costs and therefore 9.99€ is deducted from the amount he is entitled to be refunded.
It is noted that in case a refund is requested to a bank outside Greece, the final amount returned to the customer is calculated based on the value of the product on the date of its purchase, minus the above costs as well as the costs of remittance to a foreign bank (indicative of €11 to a bank within the EU).
The above prices are indicative and may vary in the case of large volumes of parcels.
The customer is entitled to request a refund directly to their card (partial transaction cancellation) in order to avoid remittance costs.

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE GREECE - CYPRUS
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
a) Before sending the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to streetplug.info@gmail.com. In the event that the cancellation is made after the order has been sent, you will be charged with the transport cost of the return, which is 19.90€.
b) After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the product return, the conditions mentioned above regarding damage to the returned products, etc., must be met.
For returns from abroad, the transport costs are borne by the person making the return, while the shipping costs borne by the company are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
